Best Time to Visit
Peak Season (Nov – Apr)
The best time to visit Southwest Florida. Temperatures are mild (65–80°F), humidity is low, and wildlife activity is high. Dolphins are very active, and shelling is excellent. Book early — tours fill up fast!
Off-Season (May – Oct)
Summer in Florida is warm and humid (85–95°F) with afternoon thunderstorms. Tours still operate and wildlife is abundant. Fewer crowds and more availability. Morning tours are recommended to beat the afternoon storms.

Sunscreen
SPF 30+ recommended. Reef-safe preferred.
Sunglasses
Polarized lenses help spot wildlife in the water.
Hat
Wide-brim for sun protection on the open water.
Non-slip Shoes
Closed-toe or water shoes for island stops.
Water & Snacks
Stay hydrated. Bring enough for the full tour.
Camera

About the Ten Thousand Islands
The Ten Thousand Islands is one of the largest mangrove estuaries in North America, located along the southwest coast of Florida. This incredible wilderness is part of the Everglades National Park and the Ten Thousand Islands National Wildlife Refuge.
The area is home to an extraordinary diversity of wildlife, including bottlenose dolphins, West Indian manatees, American crocodiles, bald eagles, ospreys, roseate spoonbills, and hundreds of species of fish and invertebrates.
The remote barrier islands are renowned for their shelling — some of the best in Florida. The islands are accessible only by boat, making our tours the perfect way to experience this pristine wilderness.
